  • I offer virtual and in-person therapy.

I practice in-person at Pichik Offices located at 1071 7th St. W. Saint Paul, MN.

Virtual sessions are held through a HIPAA compliant platform, Simple Practice. All clients must be in the state of Minnesota while in session.

Clients have reported finding both sessions held in-person and virtually with me equally engaging and effective!

    $60 - Group Therapy 75 min

    $175 - Individual Therapy 45+ min

    $225 - Diagnostic Assessment

Please reach out to me to discuss your specific needs, flexible payment options, and sliding scale availability.

  • I accept cash, check, credit card, or HSA or FSA card.

It is the client’s responsibility to confirm that their specific HSA/FSA plan covers the service. I am happy to provide more information, invoices, or other documentation upon request.

  • I am an out-of-network provider, meaning clients pay directly for their therapy services with a card on file. I see a very small caseload each week and charge a fee that makes this practice model sustainable.

This decision allows me to prioritize client care. It also gives me the freedom and flexibility to work with each client to create a treatment plan tailored to their exact needs. Lastly, this also allows me to keep records truly private.

That being said — I do not want the cost of therapy to be a barrier to treatment. Please reach out to me to discuss your specific needs and flexible payment options.

  • I do provide superbills! Many of my clients submit these clinical receipts to their insurance plans and receive partial reimbursement.

I partner with Reimbursify to make it even easier to check your out-of-network benefits and file claims.

If you are hoping to be reimbursed, I encourage you to check out Reimbursify and contact your insurance directly to inquire about your coverage.

Please Note: All insurance companies require a clinical diagnosis in order for treatment to be eligible for reimbursement.
