Inference-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT) to help you unravel the doubt-based reasoning that fuels “what if” thinking.
Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you relate to anxiety with more openness and flexibility.
Together, we will decide what approaches resonate with you and build a treatment plan that is truly yours.
